These Terms govern access to Lubna Staff operated by Lubna Beauty Center (Durar Lubna) (“Lubna Beauty Center”).

By signing in or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

• Use only authorized devices and accounts
• Report suspected unauthorized access promptly

You are responsible for activity under your account unless you report a compromise without delay.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Access data or features you are not permitted to use
• Interfere with the App, APIs, or other users
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except as allowed by law
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential content you are not authorized to share

5. Employment relationship

The App is a workplace tool. It does not replace your employment contract or HR policies. Saudi law and company policies continue to apply.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The App, branding, and content (except your personal inputs) are owned by Lubna Beauty Center (Durar Lubna) (“Lubna Beauty Center”) and/or its licensors, including platform software providers. You receive a limited, revocable license for authorized work use only.

8. Availability and changes

Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, or business reasons. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, leave the company, or for operational or security reasons. IP and liability provisions survive termination.
